Terms of Service

Bird Networks provides virtual private servers and virtual dedicated servers, along with related infrastructure and DevOps work. By purchasing and utilizing our services, you agree to the following:

1. 1Your use of the product or service is provided under a license from Bird Networks.
2. 2Bird Networks reserves the right to terminate service at any point for any reason without promise of a refund (prorated or full) or a reason for termination.
3. 3You will not use our services for illegal activities (including, but not limited to, hosting illegal content and performing DDoS attacks).
4. 4Infrastructure resources (CPU utilization, RAM utilization, storage usage, and network speed) are provided as “fair use” — since these resources, notably network ports, are shared with other customers, you may burst to your purchased allocations, but you may not sustain it for extended periods of time. Fair use is at the discretion of Bird Networks employees.
5. 5Any actions performed on your purchased services, whether done by you or others that you allow to use them, are your responsibility and are also subject to these terms.
6. 6All sales are final. Once a service has been purchased, you are not entitled to a refund, whether full or prorated, for any reason.
7. 7Bird Networks does not offer an SLA, and no uptime guarantee is provided. Downtime, outages, maintenance, or service disruptions do not qualify for refunds, credits, compensation, or service extensions.

These terms are subject to change at any time, and customers will be notified when they do. Customers have 7 business days to reach out to support to opt out and cancel their service if they do not agree to the updated terms.
